Abstract (Croatian)

U teorijskom dijelu rada obrađeni su nehrđajući čelici, njihova podjela te kemijska postojanost. Opisni su mehanizmi korozijskog oštećivanja na nehrđajućim čelicima, te mogućnosti njihovog sprečavanja. U posebnom poglavlju opisana je zaštita nehrđajućih čelika prevlakama. Kratko je opisana priprema površine te je navedena i opisana podjela zaštitnih prevlaka. Eksperimentalni dio se sastoji od pripreme uzoraka, nanošenja prevlake te provedbe ispitivanja. Pripremljeni uzorci ispitani su na otpornost prema koroziji u agresivnim medijima (vlažna komora, slana komora). Nakon slane i vlažne komore na uzorcima su napravljena ispitivanja „Cross-cut“ i „Pull-off“ u svrhu utvrđivanja utjecaja pripreme površine nehrđajućeg čelika na zaštitna svojstva prevlake.

Abstract

In the theoretical part of the paper stainless steels were processed, their division and chemical resistance is explained. Corrosion damage mechanisms on stainless steels are described as well as the possibilities of their prevention. In a separate chapter the protection of stainless steel with coatings is explained. Surface preparation is briefly described and the protective coating classification is listed and described. The experimental part consists of sample preparation, coating and making tests. The prepared samples were tested for corrosion resistance in aggressive media (humid chamber, salt chamber). After a salty and humid chamber samples were tested with "Cross-cut" and "Pull-off" methods in order to establish the impact of surface preparation of stainless steel on the protective properties of the coating.
