Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu će se za potrebe hlađenja projektirati rashladnik glikolne smjese učinka hlađenja 750 kW za vrijeme vrenja pive, fermentacije i hlađenja mladog piva. Temperaturni režim 40%-tne smjese propilen glikola i vode iznosit će -6/-11 °C, a postrojenje će se nalaziti na području Primorske Hrvatske. Kondenzator rashladnog agregata je hlađen optočnom vodom. Rad će također sadrzavati prikaz tehnologije proizvodnje i hlađenja pive po procesima, kao i energetsku i sigurnosnu analizu primjene radnih tvari R717 i R290. Za termodinamički proračun komponenti rashladnog sustava bit će odabrana radna tvar R717. Uz rad će biti pridodana i shema spajanja i automatske regulacije, i dispozicijski crtež rashladnog agregata.

Abstract

In this paper, for cooling needs, there will be designed chiller for glycol mixture with cooling effect of 750 kW, during the fermentation of beer , fermentation and cooling of the wort. The temperature regime of 40% mixture of propylene glycol and water will be -6 / -11 ° C , and the plant will be located in the area of the Croatian coast . The condenser of the cooling unit is cooled by circulating water. The work will also include a review of the production and cooling of beer per processes, as well as energy and security analysis applications for refrigerants R717 and R290. For thermodynamic calculation of the components of the cooling system will be selected refrigerant R717. In addition to the work will be added connection diagrams and automatic regulation diagrams, and disposition drawing of the cooling unit.
