Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom završnom radu zadatak je ispitati primjenu numeričkih simulacija koje se koriste kod oblikovanja zavarenih konstrukcija, konkretno ispitati primjenjivost programske aplikacije ˝Visual-Weld˝. U početnom, teoretskom dijelu ovog završnog rada ukratko je obrađena aplikacija ˝Visual-Weld˝, odnosno njene mogućnosti, nakon toga su obrađene postojeće vrste nehrđajućih čelika, odnosno njihova zavarljivost (naglasak je stavljen posebice na austenitne nehrđajuće čelike), te su na kraju ovog teoretskog dijela analizirani i mehanizmi za smanjenje zaostalih naprezanja i deformacija u zavarenim konstrukcijama. Eksperimentalni dio ovog završnog rada proveden je na računalu, u već prije navedenoj programskoj aplikaciji ˝Visual-Weld˝ u svrhu određivanja odgovarajućeg redoslijeda zavarivanja MAG postupkom, za T-spoj limova od nehrđajućeg austenitnog čelika, koji će rezultirati prihvatljivim deformacijama i zaostalim naprezanjima.
Abstract
In this bachelor thesis the task was to examine application of numerical simulations which are used for design of welded structures, i.e., to examine applicability of the software 'Visual-Weld'. In the first, theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is briefly described 'Visual-Weld' and its possibilities and after that there is description of existing types of stainless steels, i.e., their weldability, especially weldability of austenitic stainless steels. At the end are analyzed mechanisms for reducing residual stresses and deformations in welded structures. Experimental part of this thesis is carried out on the computer, in the previously mentioned software 'Visual-Weld', to determine optimal welding sequence with MAG welding process for T-joint of sheets from austenitic stainless steel. The main goal is to minimize residual stresses and deformations.
