Abstract (Croatian)

U teoretskom dijelu rada opisani su razvoj i podjela nehrđajućih čelika s naglaskom na njihovu zavarljivost te nakon toga razvoj procesa MAG zavarivanja i njegovi parametri, načini prijenosa metala s naglaskom na prijenos metala impulsnim lukom, dodatni materijali i zaštitni plinovi koji se koriste za zavarivanje nehrđajućih čelika. Nakon teoretskog dijela uslijedio je eksperimentalni dio. U eksperimentalnom dijelu završnog rada opisani su koraci izrade dva ispitna uzorka austenitnog nehrđajućeg čelika zavarivanih MAG postupkom zavarivanja pod zaštitom različitih plinskih mješavina u svrhu kvantificiranja utjecaja zaštitnog plina na svojstva i geometriju zavarenog spoja.

Abstract

In the theoretical part, the paper describes the development and distribution of stainless steel with an emphasis on its weldability. Furthermore, the development process of MAG welding and its parameters are discussed, as well as modes of metal transmission with an emphasis on the transfer of metal by pulsed arc, filler materials and shielding gases used for welding of stainless steel. The theoretical part is followed by the experimental part. In the experimental part of the paper, the steps of making two test specimens of austenitic stainless steel welded by MAG procedure under the protection of various gas mixtures in order to quantify the impact of the active gas on the properties and the geometry of the weld are explained.
