Abstract (Croatian)

Završni rad sastoji se od teorijskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu rada opisane su metode zaštite od korozije koje se danas koriste. Jedan način zaštite metala od korozije je zaštita premazima. U radu je podrobnije opisana zaštita premazima, područje primjene i današnji razvoj takvog načina zaštite. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada ispitana je prionjivost dvije vrste premaza nanesenih na opći konstrukcijski čelik. Korištene metode su elektrokemijska impedancijska spektroskopija i pull-off test. Ispitao se otpor premaza na bazi vode i otapala u cilju zaštite čeličnih konstrukcija. Istim ciljem, provedeno je ispitivanje odvajanja premaza uslijed katodne zaštite (katodna delaminacija premaza).

Abstract

The methods of protection against corrosion which are being used nowadays are described in the theoretical part. One way of protecting the metal against corrosion is the use of protective coatings. This thesis describes more throughly the protection with coatings, its area of use and the todays development of such means of protection. The eperimental part analyses the adherence of two kinds of coatings applied to a basic construction steel. Used methods are the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and the pull-off test. The impedance of water- and solvent-based coatings is being analysed with the aim of improving the protection of steel structures. The cathodic disbondment test was carried out due to cathodic protection with the same goal.
