Abstract (Croatian)

Transformator prilikom rada, zbog gubitaka, proizvodi i toplinu koju je potrebno odvesti. Dijelovi transformatora uronjeni su u transformatorsko ulje koje služi i kao izolator i kao medij koji na sebe preuzima proizvedenu toplinu. Transformatorsko ulje se cijevima i pomoću pumpe odvodi iz transformatora u hladnjak ulja, gdje predaje toplinu okolišnjem zraku i potom se vraća u transformator. U ovom radu obrađen je jedan takav hladnjak transformatorskog ulja, prema zadanim parametrima. Toplinskim proračunom izračunate su potrebne dimenzije aparata. U proračunu čvrstoće provjereno je da li debljine stijenke dijelova aparata odgovaraju zadanim uvjetima. Hidrodinamičkim proračunom izračunat je očekivani pad tlaka ulja u cijevima i zraka oko cijevi. Priložen je sklopni crtež hladnjaka ulja te radionički crteži pojedinih dijelova. U sklopnom crtežu su navedene norme preostalih dijelova aparata koji nisu opisani radioničkim crtežima.

Abstract

Transformer generates heat that needs to be transported away from it. Transformer parts are immersed into transformer oil whose purpose is to be electrical insulator and to take on generated heat. Transformer oil is transported through pipes into oil cooler where it delivers heat to surrounding air. Oil tubes are finned, air flows on the outside driven by ventilators. Cooled down oil is then returned into transformer. Cooler's basic dimensions were calculated using thermodynamics. Wall thickness, pressure drop of oil in tubes and pressure drop of air on the outside of tubes were also calculated. Drawings of all parts that are not defined by standards are included.
