Abstract (Croatian)

Brodograđevni proizvodni proces sastavljen od niza složenih tehnoloških operacija se može matematički opisati primjenom teorije vjerojatnosti, stohastičkih procesa i Markovljevih lanaca. Matematički problem se može pojednostaviti postupkom sprezanja karakteristika proizvodnih strojeva uz određeni gubitak točnosti rezultata. U ovom radu je prikazano analitičko rješenje Bernoulijeve linije s jednim i dva međuskladišta te parametri za učinkovitost proizvodne linije. Također su predloženi novi postupci sprezanja te je provedena analiza brodograđevne linije predobrade limova.

Abstract

Shipbuiding production process is set of complex tehnological operations that can be mathematicaly described using probability theory, random procesess and Markov chains. Mathematical problem can be simplified via aggregation procedure but with some influence on accuracy of the obtained results. Analytical solution of steady state behavior of serial Bernoulli production line with one and two buffers is considered in this thesis.Performance measures equations are formulated and application of the presented theory is demonstrated in case of shipbuilding serial plate prefabricition line.
