Abstract (Croatian)
U radu je primijenjen postupak prevlačenja PACVD na alatni čelik za hladni rad K490MC, prethodno kaljen, sa i bez dubokog hlađenja. Nanošenje prevlaka TiN/TiCN odvijalo se kroz 16- satni postupak prevlačenja pri temperaturi 500°C. Postignute su ujednačene vrijednosti debljine prevlaka s boljim stupnjem adhezivnosti na dijelovima uzoraka koji su bili bliži katodi tijekom postupka prevlačenja. Na prevlakama su provedena ispitivanja adhezivnosti, debljine i otpornosti na abrazijsko trošenje. Prethodna toplinska obrada pokazala je očit utjecaj na debljinu prevlake, kao i na otpornost na abrazijsko trošenje.
Abstract
In this paper, PACVD process was applied onto a K490MC cold-work tool steel matrix, previously heat treated, with and without deep cryogenic treatment. TiN/TiCN coatings were deposited during 16 hour cycle at temperature of 500°C, resulting in consistent thickness levels throughout the test samples, with higher adhesion degrees on sections that were closer to the cathode during the deposition cycle. Adhesion, layer thickness and abrasive wear tests that were carried out showed that previous heat treatment has obvious impact on coating thicknesses as well as on wear resistance.
