Abstract (Croatian)
U radu je proveden energijsko-eksergijski proračun kondenzatora, tipa ''Shell and Tube''. U kondezatoru potpuno kondenzira pregrijana vodena para na način da se kondezacijom u plaštu odvodi toplina zagrijavajući time kapljevitu vodu u snopu cijevi koja se koristi za radijatorsko grijanje prostorija. Za zadano termodinamičko stanje vodene pare, temperaturne razlike ulazne i izlazne struje kapljevite vode, brzinu strujanja vode u cijevima i oslobođeni toplinski tok prilikom kondenznacije proveden je energijski proračun u svrhu dimenzioniranja izmjenjivača. Za tako dimenzioniran izmjenjivač proveden je energijski proračun uz pretpostavku iste ulazne temperature kapljevite vode, istog masenog protoka kapljevite vode, ali različitog termodinamičkog stanja vodene pare te su kao rezultat dobiveni temperatura izlazne struje kapljevite vode i toplinski tok oslobođen kondenzacijom vodene pare. Proveden je proračun eksergijske destrukcije i proračun temperature stijenke na strani vodene pare za oba slučaja. Dijagramski su prikazani temperature obih struja, temperatura stijenke, eksergijske destrukcije i izmijenjeni toplinski tok u ovisnosti o duljini izmjenjivača. Uspoređeni su dobiveni rezultati proračuna u oba slučaja.
Abstract
This paper carries out the energy-exergy calculation of a condenser, the 'Shell and Tube' type. The overheated steam in the condenser completely condenses by condensing in the shell. This carries the heat while warming up the liquid water in a bundle tube which is used for radiator heating. For the given thermodynamic state of the steam, temperature difference between the entrance and exit of the water flow, velocity of the water in the pipes and the heat flow which is released through condensation, the energy calculation has been conducted to design the condenser. For the designed condenser, energy calculation has been conducted assuming that the entrance temperature of the water and weight fluctuation of the liquid water are the same but with different thermodynamic state of the steam, therefore getting the results of the temperature the exit flow of water and the heat flow realesed by condensing the steam. Furthermore, the calculation of the exergy destruction and temperature of the outer wall of the tube for both cases has been performed. Temperature of both flows, temperature of outer wall of the tube, exergy destruction and the heat flow depending on lenght of condenser have been shown in diagrams. The obtained results have been compared.
