Abstract (Croatian)
U cijevi svakog vatrenog oružja dolazi do vrlo složenih i intenzivnih mehaničkih, toplinskih i kemijskih procesa prilikom paljbe. Materijal cijevi izložen je djelovanju višestrukih mehanizama trošenja materijala, poglavito njezin unutrašnji dio ili kanal cijevi, koji je u izravnom dodiru s projektilom. U radu su proučeni mehanizmi trošenja cijevi i posljedice istrošenosti cijevi na balističke značajke jurišne puške. Istraživanje prikazano u ovome radu provedeno je na čeliku za poboljšanje 32CrMoV12-10, namijenjenom za izradu cijevi naoružanja. Čelik je nabavljen od dva različita proizvođača, a u radu se nastoji ispitati podudarnost njihove tribološke otpornosti. Stoga su ispitni uzorci razvrstani u dvije skupine: čelik 1 i čelik 2. Svi uzorci su u poboljšanom stanju. Kod ispitivanja otpornosti na trošenje abrazijom i erozijom česticama, ukupno su ispitana po dva uzorka za svaku grupu čelika po jednom mehanizmu trošenja, s tri ponovljena mjerenja. U oba slučaja, mjeren je gubitak mase uzorka kao kvantitativni pokazatelj za usporedbu otpornosti ispitnih uzoraka. Pri ispitivanju otpornosti na adhezijsko trošenje, ispitan je po jedan uzorak svake grupe u tri ciklusa (na mjedenom i čeličnom prstenu). Pokazatelj otpornosti je faktor trenja µ postignut na dodirnoj površini između uzorka i ispitnog prstena. Prije samih ispitivanja, čelicima je snimljena metalografska struktura te je izmjerena tvrdoća. Dobiveni rezultati prikazani su tablično i u obliku dijagrama.
Abstract
Inside of a gunbarrel of every firearm there are complex mechanical, thermal, and chemical processes during firing/shooting. Material of the gunbarrel is exposed to multiple wear mechanisms, especially the inner part or the bore, which is in direct contact with the projectile. Several wear mechanisms, as well as the side effects on the ballistic gun features, are studied in the paper. Research has been done on certain steel, made by two different manufacturers and is criterion-based on their tribological resistance. Test samples are made of 32-CrMoV12-10 steel, acquired from the two different manufacturers and are divided in two separate groups. Samples are quenched, tempered and stress relief annealed. During the examination of abrasion and erosion wear resistance, two of the samples for each group of steel per one wear mechanism were tested. Examinations were repeated three times. In both cases, mass loss was measured as a quantitative analysis for comparing indices of erosion and abrasion. While testing adhesion resistance, one sample of each steel groups was examined in three cycles (on brass and steel test ring). Adhesion resistance index is coefficient of friction µ achieved on the contact surface between test sample and a test ring. The results obtained are shown in tables and charts.
