Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu opisan je utjecaj šaržiranja dijelova na debljinu i prionjivost kod PACVD prevlačenja. Budući da su debljina i prionjivost glavni razlozi loše kvalitete prevlaka te mogu dovesti čak i do prijevremenog trošenja prevlake, veoma je važno da razmotrimo njihove aspekte prije prevlačenja dijelova. U teorijskom dijelu opisane su osnove CVD postupka i dat je pregled parametara koji utječu na debljinu i prionjivost prevlaka dobivenih PACVD postupkom. Opisane su osnovne karakteristike, parametri, prednosti i nedostaci, primjena i utjecaj površine osnovnog materijala na svojstva prevlake. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada fokus je na praktičnim ispitivanjima, koje se tiču pozicioniranja i orijentacije strojnih dijelova u šarži uređaja za prevlačenje te kako ti parametri utječu na prionjivost i debljinu prevlaka. Za dobivene podatke priloženi su i dijagrami iz kojih se isti jasnije iščitavaju. Na samom kraju nalazi se dio s prilozima, gdje su priložene tablice u kojima su točni podaci dobiveni ispitivanjem. Za dodatne informacije priložen je i CD gdje se nalazi detaljna analiza podataka i fotografije otisaka dobivene mikroskopom.

Abstract

This paper discribes the influence of part batching on adhesion and thickness of PACVD coatings. Since adhesion and thickness are the main reasons of poor quality of coatings and can even lead to premature wear of coatings, it is important to consider their aspects before coating parts. The theoretical part describes the basics of CVD process and gives an overview of the parameters that affect the thickness and adhesion of PACVD coatings. It describes the basic characteristics, parameters, advantages and disadvantages, application and influence of the base material surface properties. In the experimental part, the focus is on practical tests, concerning the positioning and orientation of machine parts in batches of coating machine and how these parameters affect adhesion and thickness of the coating. For the obtained data there are diagrams from which one can read the data more clearly. In the end there is an annex, with tables which contain exact data obtained by testing. For additional information , there is an attached CD which containes detailed analysis of data, and the photographs of indents and prints on the samples obtained by microscope.
