Abstract (Croatian)

Svako izuzimanje zrakoplova iz eksploatacije, radi potrebe održavanja, dovodi do financijskih gubitaka aviokompanije. Zbog toga se održavanje zrakoplova osmišljava i provodi u što kraćem mogućem vremenu, a veliki udio pregleda provodi se posrednom tehnikom vizualne metode ispitivanja (RVI – Remote Visual Inspection). Cilj ovog rada je ispitati mogućnosti videoskopa GE XLG3 VideoProbe, koji koristi novu tehnologiju 3D faznog mjerenja, na umjetno stvorenim, i stvarnim, uzorcima oštećenja. U radu su korištene posredne tehnike vizualnih metoda ispitivanja, te računalna tomografija. Rezultati su pokazali da metoda 3D faznog mjerenja zadovoljava uvjet brzog, preciznog i kvalitetnog očitavanja oštećenja komponenti zrakoplova.

Abstract

Each aircraft maintenance phase entails a certain amount of financial loss for an airline. This is the main reason why aircraft maintenance is always carefully time- and cost-efficiently planned, which implies a considerable application of Remote Visual Inspection (RVI). The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the abilities of the videoscope GE XLG3 VideoProbe, which utilizes a new 3D phase measurement technology, upon artificially damaged samples and actual damaged aircraft components. The thesis also includes other RVI measuring methods, along with computed tomography. The results show that the 3D phase measurement technology qualifies as a fast, precise and reliable method for evaluation of damaged aircraft components.
