Abstract (Croatian)

Tržište prirodne i kupcima posebno prilagođene kozmetike posljednjih je godina u stalnom porastu. Kako bi povećale dobit i postigle viši stupanj kvalitete svojih proizvoda, kozmetičke tvrtke moraju stalno poboljšavati ponudu proizvoda te inovirati proizvodne procese. U ovom radu razmatran je inovativni robotski proizvodni proces u tvrtki Alpstories d.o.o kojim se proizvodi personalizirana kozmetika prema želji kupca. Metodom DFA analiziran je robotski proces proizvodnje pri čemu su razmotreni različiti koncepti robotizirane proizvodnje, uključujući i postojeće stanje. Napravljeni su izračuni cijene proizvoda za različite proizvodne količine. Ustanovljeno je da su sustavom ostvarive znatno veće proizvodne količine od postojećih te su u radu predložene poslovne i tehničke mjere za njihovo postizanje. S tehničke strane, od presudnog je značaja uključenje vizijskog sustava i stvaranje prikladnog softversko-programerskog okružja za olakšan tretman narudžbi pojedinačnih kupaca i kupaca koji naručuju veće količine proizvoda.

Abstract

The market of natural and personalized cosmetics is rapidly increasing during last few years. In order to achieve higher profit and high quality of products, cosmetic companies must constantly improve their product offering and must continually make innovations in the production process. In this paper the innovative robotic manufacturing process is analyzed in the case of Alpstories Ltd. Company, which produces personalized cosmetics based on customer`s needs. The robotic production process is analyzed by the method of DFA analysis throughout various concepts of the robotic production, including existing conditions. The calculations of the product price for different production quantities were made. It has been found that the system can achieve significantly higher production volumes from existing ones, so the business and technical measures for their accomplishment are proposed. From the technical point of view, it would be of great importance to include the vision system and to create an appropriate software-programming environment for easier handling of orders from individual customers and customers who order larger quantities of products.
