Abstract (Croatian)
U diplomskom radu analizirane su osnovne postavke projektnog menadžmenta, uključujući alate i tehnike koji se koriste u upravljanju projektima. Projekt se može odrediti kao određeni cjelokupni pothvat koji se namjerava izvršiti u određenom vremenu i prostoru s određenim ciljem, a uz pomoć određenih materijalnih i financijskih sredstava. Projektni menadžment su znanje, vještine, alate i tehnike primijenjeni na projektnim aktivnostima s ciljem ostvarivanja ciljeva i zahtjeva koje su pred projekt postavile interesno-utjecajne skupine. Sama bit projektnog menadžmenta odnosi se na planiranja, organiziranje, praćenje i kontrolu svih aktivnosti koje se odvijaju tijekom realizacije projekta te motiviranje svih sudionika u projektu da ispune zadane ciljeve i zahtjeve unutar određenog vremena i unutar zadanog budžeta. U praksi se koriste četiri moderne organizacijske strukture u kojima projekt egzistira na različite načine. Menadžment organizacije treba donijeti odluku o tome koja je organizacijska struktura prikladna. Osim toga, postoji nekoliko tipova metoda terminskog planiranja projekta koje se mogu podijeliti na metode linijskog te metode mrežnog planiranja. Danas je upravljanje projektima nezamislivo bez modernih metoda, alata i tehnika, ali i informatičke tehnologije, odnosno različitih softverskih paketa i računala koji omogućuju lakše upravljanje projektima.
Abstract
In this paper are analyzed the basic principles of project management, including tools and techniques used in project management. The project can be defined as a specific overall venture that intends to make in a given time and space with a specific purpose, and with the help of certain material and financial resources. Project management is applying knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities in order to achieve the objectives and requirements that have been put before the project stakeholders,. The essence of project management refers to the planning, organization, monitoring and control of all activities that occur during the project and the motivation of all the participants in the project to meet its targets and requirements within a specified time and within the given budget. In practice there are four modern organizational structure exists where the project in different ways. The management of the organization should decide on what is appropriate organizational structure. In addition, there are several types of futures methods of planning a project that can be divided into linear methods and methods of network planning. Today project management is unimaginable without modern methods, tools and techniques, and information technology, including various software packages and computers that enable easier management of projects.
