Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom radu prikazana je analiza normi za statičko i dinamičko ispitivanje okvira bicikala, kao i postojećih rješenja koja mogu obavljati ispitivanja i temelje se na tim normama. Najveća pažnja posvećena je trenutno važećoj normi ISO 4210:2014. Analizom normi i postojećih rješenja utvrđeni su nedostaci i mogućnosti poboljšanja prema kojima je izrađen funkcijski model, te zatim morfološka matrica s predloženim rješenjima pojedinih funkcija. Koristeći funkcijsku analizu i predložena rješenja izrađena su tri koncepta od kojih je vrednovanjem prema različitim kriterijima izabrano jedno rješenje za daljnji razvoj i razradu. U skladu s proračunom odabranog rješenja napravljen je 3D model konstrukcije u više verzija. Svaka verzija 3D modela odgovara jednom funkcionalnom testu izdržljivosti okvira bicikla. Sve verzije prikazane su u predzadnjem poglavlju zajedno s definiranim parametrima norme ISO 4210:2014.
Abstract
This paper presents the analysis of standards for static and dynamic testing of a bike frame, as well as existing solutions that can perform tests based on these standards. The biggest attention was given to currently valid standard ISO 4210: 2014. The analysis of existing standards and solutions identified the deficiencies and opportunities to improve that helped making functional model, and then morphological matrix with proposed solutions of certain functions. Using functional analysis and suggested solutions made three concepts of which the evaluation was made according to different criteria and then one solution was selected for further development and elaboration. In accordance with calulations of the selected solutions 3D model of the structure was made. Each version of the 3D model corresponds to a functional test of endurance for framae of the bike. All versions are shown in second last chapter, along with defined parameters of ISO 4210: 2014.
