Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom diplomskom radu projektiran je i konstrukcijski razrađen uređaj za prijenos tereta kod bespilotnih letjelica. Proračun obuhvaća sve stavke važne ze odabir konstrukcijskih elemenata pogonskog mehanizma te sve kritične presjeke nestandardnih dijelova konstrukcije. Svi tehnički crteži kao i 3D model konstrukcije izrađeni su pomoću softverskog paketa Pro/ENGINEER. Osnovna ideja za razvoj ovog uređaja jest omogućiti upotrebu već postojećih, komercijalno dostupnih modela bespilotnih letjelica za dostavne svrhe, a bez potrebe za prethodnom modifikacijom same letjelice. Glavna funkcija uređaja je omogućiti prihvat i dostavu tereta bez potrebe za slijetanjem letjelice. Time se otklanja rizik nanošenja tjelesnih ozlijeda i nastanka materijalne štete inače prisutan pri slijetanju, pojednostavljuje se zadaća operatera te omogućuje dostava tereta i u okolnostima koje ne dozvoljavaju slijetanje letjelice.
Abstract
This paper depicts the design process and refinement of a cargo delivery attachment for UAVs. The technical calculations encompass all the key points relevant for selection of mechanism components as well as stress control calculations of all non-standardized parts. The technical drawings and a 3D model of the device were made using Pro/ENGINEER software package. The basic idea behind this device is to enable the usage of existing, comercially available UAVs as deliveery systems, without the need for any modifications of the craft itself. The main function of the device is to enable cargo delivery without landing the craft, thereby eliminating the risks of injury and material damage usually associated with landing, reducing the load on the operator and enabling cargo delivery in circumstances which do not permit landing the craft.
