Abstract (Croatian)

Istraživanjem tržišta sprava za tjelovježbu, uočen je nedostatak spravi koje se koriste za istovremeni rad svih grupa mišića odnosno cijeloga tijela. Jedna od vježbi koje se izvode za ovu svrhu je skok i iskorak na povišeno mjesto. U ovom radu opisan je koncept koji omogućuje takvo vježbanje. Sastoji se od četiri navojna vretena na koje je postavljena platforma na koju se može skakati. Minimalna visina na koju se platforma može postaviti iznosi 410 mm, dok je maksimalna visina na 1700 mm. Navojna vretena su uležištena i nose ih četiri UPE 160 profila. Navojna vretena spojena su u lančani krug sa jednofaznim elektromotorom snage 120 W. Elektromotor i pogonski lančanik se vrte na 940 okretaja u minuti, a gonjeni lančanici se okreću na približno 780 okretaja u minuti što omogućuje dovoljno precizno podešavanje visine platforme, a da pri tome ne dođe do zujanja lanca. Proračun pojedinog navojnog vretena i platforme se računao sa silom od 3000N i faktorom sigurnosti 3 kako bi se sprava dodatno osigurala. Masa cijele sprave iznosi 434 kg što daje dovoljnu stabilnost bez potrebe za dodatnim fiksatorima i stabilizacije oblikom. Platforma na koju se skače dodatno je obložena tanko spužvom koja omogućuje mekan i tih doskok.

Abstract

By conducting market research of exercise equipment, we saw that there is a lack of equipment used for simultaneous workout of all muscle groups. One of the exercises that are performed for this purpose is a jump and step on the elevated position. This thesis describes the concept that enables such an exercise. It is consisted of four screw spindles of which the platform is placed. The minimum height to which the platform can be set is 410 mm, while the maximum height is 1700 mm. Screw spindles are mounted with bearings and carried with four UPE 160 channels. Spindles are connected in a chain circuit with a single-phase electric motor of 120 W. The electric motor and the drive sprocket rotate at 940rpm, and the driven sprockets at about 780 rpm which allows precise height adjustment of the platform, but the chain does not make any buzzing noises. A single screw spindle and a platform are designed to withhold the force of 3000 N with a safety factor 3. The weight of the entire machine is 434 kg which provides sufficient stability without the need for additional fixators. The platform is additionally coated with a thin sponge that makes the landings soft and silent.
