Abstract

Over the last few decades there has been an intensive development of Computed Radiography (CR) and Computed Tomography (CT) improving non-destructive inspection for industrial applications. The preliminary study for detectability analysis of Computer Radiography was performed using Computed Tomography as a reference due to the higher magnitude of the CT spatial resolution. It is shown that CT can provide reference data of the specimen inner structure and natural flaws for CR detectability analysis.
