Abstract (Croatian)

U projektiranju tehnoloških procesa pri određivanju redoslijeda operacija veoma često se koristi intuitivni i heuristički pristup projektanta. Budući da je tu uočljiva subjektivna procjena tehnologa, ograničena njegovim znanjem, iskustvom i moći sinteze, područje određvanja redoslijeda operacija je zahvalno područje za korištenje metoda umjetne inteligencije. U radu će se razviti, primjenom uobičajenih ograničenja, kriterija i podkriterija, mogući secnariji redoslijeda operacija primjenom višekriterijalnog optimiranje i AHP metode. Pri tome će se uočiti prednosti/nedostaci promatrane metode te njezina fleksibilnost na razmatranom problemu.

Abstract

Operation sequencing is one phase in product lifecycle. Project is usually based on decisions about primary process, machine tools and tools and process parameters. Operation sequencing is based only on knowledge and experience of process planner. It is mostly limited by technical features, but criteria in field of technology, economy, ergonomics and ecology influence the optimal final order of operations. Since this is basic decision making process it will be analysed with AHP method (analytic hierarchy process), implemented in Expert Choice software to get the information could it be used in production? It will be valuated in case study of production of one part.
