Abstract (Croatian)

Ovim diplomskim radom detaljno je prikazano ispitivanje vaga, odnosno mjerila mase u tehničkom i zakonskom mjeriteljstvu. U uvodnom dijelu rada prikazane su potrebne teorijske osnove mjeriteljstva i mjerenja mase za što bolje shvaćanje problematike rada. Zatim su opisana dva glavna postupka ispitivanja mjerila mase, umjeravanje i ovjeravanje, te su izrađene radne upute prema kojima će se izvršiti postupci ispitivanja na jednoj neautomatskoj vagi visokog razreda točnosti. Kao dodatak tome izrađeni su proračuni za određivanje mjernih nesigurnosti postupaka ispitivanja. Nadalje, prikazani su mjerni rezultati i rezultati proračuna mjernih nesigurnosti provedenih postupaka umjeravanja i ovjeravanja. Na kraju rada uspoređene su proračunate mjerne nesigurnosti postupaka ispitivanja i objašnjeni su uvjeti prihvatljivosti rezultata.

Abstract

With this diploma thesis it is in detail presented testing of scales or weighing instruments in technical and legal metrology. In the introductory part of paper are presented the necessary theoretical basis of metrology and measuring mass for better understanding of the thesis problems. After that are described two main test procedures for weighing instruments, calibration and verification, and there are described work instructions according to which are executed testing procedures on one non-automatic high precision class scale. In addition to that there are made calculations for determine measurement uncertainties of the test procedures. Furthermore, there are presented measurement results and calculation results of measurement uncertainties of the conducted procedures, calibration and verification. At the end of the thesis, calculated measurement uncertainties of testing procedures are compared and the conditions of results eligibility are explained.
