Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je zavarivanje raznorodnih čelika te se dijeli na teoretski i eksperimentalni dio. U prvom poglavlju ukratko je opisano zavarivanje nelegiranih i visokolegiranih čelika. Drugo poglavlje opisuje zavarivanje praškom punjenom žicom te primjenu istog u zavarivanju raznorodnih čelika. Dane su prednosti i nedostaci zavarivanja praškom punjenom žicom kao i vrste praškom punjenih žica, tehnika rada te zaštitni plinovi. Zavarivanje raznorodnih spojeva, teoretske osnove istih kao i podjela dati su u trećem poglavlju. U teoretskim osnovama je opisan stupanj protaljivanja, strukturna raznorodnost, Schaefflerov dijagram te na kraju problemi kod zavarivanja raznorodnih čelika. U eksperimentalnom dijelu MAG postupkom praškom punjenom žicom zavareni su ispitni uzorci sučeljenog i kutnog spoja ugljičnog čelika s visokolegiranim čelikom te različitim vrstama zaštitnih plinova. Na uzorcima su napravljena razorna i nerazorna ispitivanja, ispitana su mehanička svojstva zavarenih spojeva, izmjereni sadržaj ferita u pojedinom metalu zavara te je napravljena makro i mikro analiza makroizbrusaka.

Abstract

The theme of this diploma thesis is welding of dissimilar steels and is devided into theoretical and experimental part. In the first chapter the welding of non-alloyed steels and high-alloyed steels is summarized. The second chapter describes the welding with flux cored wire and the application of the same in the welding of dissimilar steels. The advantages and disadvantages of welding with flux cored wire are given as well as the types of flux cored wires, work techniques and shielding gases. Welding of dissimilar joints, their theoretical basis ,the melting stage, the structural diversity, Schaeffler´s diagram and finally the problems in welding dissimilar steels are discribed. In the experimental part with the MAG flux cored wire welding procedure test samples of butt and angular joints of carbon steel with high-alloyed steels are welded with various types of shielding gases. The samples are subjected to destructiv and non-destructive testing, mechanical properties of welded joints are tested, the ferit content in each of the weld metal is measured and the macro and micro analysis of macrosandings are made.
