Abstract (Croatian)
Kompaktna vakuumska čistilica je komunalno vozilo namijenjeno održavanju čistoće cestovnih i pješačkih površina u naseljenim područjima. Prijenos energije vrši se hidrauličkim sustavom koji se sastoji od: hidrostatskog upravljanja, hidrostatskog pogona vozila i radne hidraulike. Sustav hidrostatskog upravljanja izveden je kao LS dinamički sustav, koji se sastoji od LS dinamičke upravljačke jedinice, LS dinamičkog prioritetnog ventila, diferencijalnog cilindra i ventila za zaštitu sustava. Hidrostatski pogon vozila sastoji se od aksijalno-klipne pumpe i aksijalno-klipnog motora, dimenzioniranih s obzirom na dane zahtjeve. Radna hidraulika označava potrebne hidrauličke krugove kojima se vrši upravljanje radnim elementima čistilice kao što su četke, spremnik za otpad, centrifugalni ventilator, itd.
Abstract
A compact vacuum street sweeper is a municipal vehicle intended to clean road surfaces and footpaths, generally in urban areas. Energy transmission is achieved by using hydraulic system as the whole, which comprises hydrostatic steering, hydrostatic transmission and auxiliary hydraulics. Hydrostatic steering system of the compact vacuum street sweeper represents an LS dynamic version which comprises multiple parts, such as: LS dynamic steering unit, LS dynamic priority valve, differential cylinder and valves used for system protection. Hydrostatic transmission system uses a variable displacement axial piston pump and a variable displacement axial piston motor, sized with respect to the given requirements. Auxiliary hydraulics represents necessary hydraulic circuits used for controlling the sweeper’s working elements, such as: brushes, hopper, centrifugal fan, etc.
