Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu prikazano je projektno rješenje sustava grijanja, hlađenja i ventilacije za rekonstrukciju restorana „Hajdučke Vrleti“. Restoran se nalazi u sklopu Motela „Hajdučke Vrleti“ na području grada Splita. Restoran se sastoji od dijela restorana u kojemo se objeduje, dva separea namjenjena za pušače, dva WC-a, kuhinje te prostora za ostavu. Za restoran, dva separea i kuhinju potrebno je predvidjeti sustav hlađenja i ventilaciju kao i za sanitarne prostorije. Cijeli motel ima instalirano toplovodno grijanje s radijatorima kao ogrijevnim tijelima. Kao izvor toplinske energije koristi se kotao na pelet. Temperaturni režim grijanja je 80/60°C. Za restoran je potrebno proračunati radijatorsko grijanje. Za potrebe ventilacije i hlađenja predviđen je centralni jednokanalni zračni sustav s promjenjivim protokom zraka s VAV (Varijable Air Volume) regulacijskim ventilima. Sustav povrata topline klimatizacijske jedinice predviđen je s pločastim rekuperatorom. U svrhu ventilacije sanitarnih prostora koristi se lokalna odsisna ventilacija, a u kuhinji postojeće odsisne nape. U prilogu se nalaze tablice s proračunima, rezultatima, crteži koji prikazuju raspored opreme te shemu instalacije grijanja, hlađenja, ventilacije kao i prikaz automatske regulacije.

Abstract

This thesis presents the project solution for the reconstruction of the restaurant Hajdučke Vrleti's HVAC system. The restaurant is located at the area of Split and is a part of Hajdučke Vrleti motel. The restaurant has a dining area, two seprated smoking zones, two toilets, a kitchen and a keeping room. The task is to design the cooling system and ventilation for the restaurant, two smoking zones and the kitchen as well as for the sanitary rooms. The motel has installed the hot water heating system where the rooms are heated by radiators. As a heat source, the pellet boiler is used. The heating temperature regime is 80°C feed temperature at heater outlet and 60°C return temperature at heater inlet. The radiator heating needs to be inspected for the restaurant. The ventilation and cooling requirements are met by applying the central air system with one supply duct that supplies air by varying the air flow rate and contains the VAV (Varijable Air Volume) valves. The air conditioning system is designed with a plate heat recovery unit. Within the sanitary rooms the local exhaust ventilation is applied, while the existing kitchen hoods are used in the kitchen. The tables with the calculations and results are given in the appendix of the thesis. Furthermore, the drawings that show the equipment arrangement and the heating, cooling and ventilation installation schemes together with the automatic control schemes are also part of the appendix.
