Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu su analizirana mehanička svojstva tvrdih prevlaka TiN (titan nitrida) i gradijentne prevlake TiN/TiCN (titan karbonitrida) na supstratu od tvrdog metala (WC-Co) dobivenim sinter HIP postupkom, sa naglaskom na tvrdoću. U teoretskom dijelu predstavljeni su ukratko tvrdi metali kao i postupci proizvodnje tvrdog metala. Potom su pedstavljeni najčešće korišteni postupci prevlačenja tvrdih metala sa naglaskom na PACVD tehnologiju izrade prevlaka. Uz postupke su ukratko opisane i najčešće korištene prevlake na tvrdim metalima kao i njihove karakteristike. Također teoretskim dijelom su opisane metode karakterizacije prevlaka na tvrdim metalima pri čemu su uzeti u obzir tvrdoća, prionjivost i hrapavost prevlake. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada ispitivana je tvrdoća prevlake i supstrata na ultra mikro tvrdomjeru sukladno normi HRN EN ISO 14577. Uz tvrdoću provedena su ispitivanja prionjivosti prema normi VDI 3198 i hrapavosti prema HRN EN ISO 4287, HRN EN 4288 i HRN EN ISO 3274. Analizom rezultata utvrđene su karakteristike prevlaka kao i utjecaji procedure pripreme uzoraka za prevlačenja i procedura pripreme uzoraka za ispitivanja na rezultate tvrdoće.

Abstract

In this paper mechanical properties of thin hard coatings such as TiN (titanium nitride) and gradient TiCN (titanium carbonitride) with emphasys on hardness are analysed. Supstrate for coating was hardmetal (WC-Co) sample produced by sinter HIP technology. In theoretical part of this paper hardmetal sintering procedure and coating production are showed. Allong with hardness values properties such as coating adhesion and roughness were analysed. The main goal of this paper is to determine the influence of precoating procedures and prehardness testing procedures on a results of mechanical properties. Coatings were deposited by PACVD technology. In the experimental part of this paper ultra micro hardness testing according to HRN EN ISO 14577 and roughness testing according to HRN EN ISO 4287, HRN EN 4288 and HRN EN ISO 3274 were conducted. Analysis of this experimental part is made and main mechanical properties such as hardness and roughness were conducted. As a result main influences beetween those properties were explained.
