Abstract (Croatian)
Tema ovog rada je „Primjena keramičkih podloga kod MIG zavarivanja aluminija“. Sastoji se od dva dijela, teoretskog i eksperimentalnog. U teoretskom dijelu objašnjen je MIG impulsni postupak zavarivanja, prijelaz metala u električnom luku i odabir parametara i opreme za zavarivanje. Objašnjena je uloga i primjena podloga za zavarivanje. Dan je pregled norme HRN EN ISO 9692-3 i usporedba izvođenja zavarenih spojeva prema toj normi. U eksperimentalnom dijelu zavareni su spojevi od aluminijske legure sa i bez keramičke podloge uz pripremu spojeva sukladno normi HRN EN ISO 9692-3 i primjenom MIG impulsnog načina zavarivanja. Provedena su ispitivanja zavarenih spojeva te je donešen zaključak na temelju dobivenih rezultata.
Abstract
The topic of this paper is „Application of ceramic backing in MIG welding of aluminium“. It is comprised of two parts, theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part describes the MIG pulse welding process, transfer of metal in the electric arc and selection of parameters and welding equipment. The role and application of backing metarial used in welding was given. An overview of the standard HRN EN ISO 9692- 3 was given with the comparison of prepation of joints for welding according to the standard. In the experimental part, plates made of aluminium alloy were welded, using MIG pulse technology, with and without using ceramic backing material with joint preparation according to HRN EN ISO 9692-3 standard. Testing of welded joints were conducted and a conclussion was made based on the results of testing.
