Abstract (Croatian)
Računalna tomografija je vrlo pouzdana tehnologija koja se već dugo vremena koristi u medicinske svrhe. U zadnje vrijeme primjenu nalazi i u industriji za potrebe dimenzionalnih mjerenja. No što se tiče točnosti i pouzdanosti rezultata mjerenja, i dalje postoji velik broj neriješenih problema koji utječu na rezultat mjerenja. U ovom radu opisan je princip rada CT uređaja, navedeni su utjecajni parametri na mjernu nesigurnost, te je analiziran utjecaj prilagodbe modela izmjerenom oblaku točaka. Također je eksperimentalno procijenjen utjecaj prilagodbe modela na točnost i preciznost mjerenja dimenzionalnih i geometrijskih značajki.
Abstract
Computed tomography (CT) is a well-established technology in medical diagnostics. For a few years now, dedicated CT systems have also been in use for dimensional measurements in industry. However, as far as the accuracy and reliability of the results is concerned, many problems are still unsolved. This paper describes operating principle of CT devices, parameters that influence the measurement uncertainty, and the impact of data fitting to the volume/polygon object. Here is also given an experimental evaluation of the impact of data fitting on accuracy and precision of dimensional and geometric computed tomography measurements.
