Abstract (Croatian)

Tema diplomskog rada je primjena planova pokusa u cilju procjene sastavnica mjerne nesigurnosti. U diplomskom radu detaljno je opisan rad CT uređaja koji se koristi u području dimenzionalnog mjeriteljstva, rekonstrukcija prikaza, utjecajni parametri, te greške sustava. Eksperimentalni dio rada se sastoji od dva dijela. U prvom dijelu rada se izvršila usporedba različitih metoda planova pokusa, dok se u drugom dijelu izvršila primjena djelomičnog plana pokusa u cilju procjene sastavnice mjerne nesigurnosti. Pri mjerenju specificiranog predmeta mjerenja, koristila se metoda djelomičnog plana pokusa. Metoda djelomičnog plana pokusa osigurava minimalan utrošak vremenskih i financijskih resursa.

Abstract

The subject of this graduate thesis is the application of design of experiments in estimating measurement uncertainty components. This thesis describes scanning of an object using an industrial CT scanner, reconstruction of scanned images, influence factors and its system defects in details. Experimental part of the thesis contains two parts. The first part contains a comparison of different design of experiments methods. The second part contains a estimation of measurement uncertainty components with the application of a fractional design experiment. A fractional design of experiments method was used for planning the measurement procedure of a specified object. Fractional design of experiments method ensures significant reduction in financial and time resources needed for the experiment.
