Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu obrađena je i analizirana problematika utjecaja dodatnog materijala, unosa topline i zaštitnog plina na vrijednost udarnog rada loma metala zavara visokočvrstog čelika API 5L X80. U uvodnom dijelu rada iznesen je pregled dosadašnjih spoznaja i istraživanja na području postizanja optimalnih vrijednosti udarnog rada loma zavarenog spoja čelika visoke čvrstoće. Također, opisani su materijali koji se koriste pri niskim temperaturama te su opisane specifičnosti tehnologije zavarivanja istih. Osim toga, opisana je norma HRN EN ISO 16834:2013 koja se koristi za klasifikaciju dodatnih materijala za zavarivanje čelika visoke čvrstoće. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada opisan je plan provedbe zavarivanja, ispitivanja i analize rezultata. Prema planu pokusa definirane su 3 varijable koje su bile varirane na dvije razine. Za svako stanje pokusa su, iz sučeljeno zavarenih ploča, izrađene epruvete za ispitivanje udarnog rada loma. Ispitivanje udarnog rada loma provedeno je na Charpyjevom batu pri temperaturi -60 °C. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata predložena je optimalna tehnologija zavarivanja čelika visoke čvrstoće za rad pri niskim temperaturama. Eksperimentalni rad proveden je u laboratorijima Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.

Abstract

This thesis deals with influence of filler material, heat input and shielding gas on the value on impact toughness of high strength steel, API 5L X80, weld metal. The introduction includes detailed literature overwiev of the field of optimal values on impact toughness of high strength steel weld joint. The materials that are used at low temperatures and specifics of welding technology are also described. In addition, the specification of HRN EN ISO 16834:2013, which is used for classification of filler material of welding high strength steel, is also given. Experimental part of thesis specifies the complete welding procedure of the workpieces, conduction of the samples testing and finally the analysis of the obtained results. The experiment design consists of 3 factors varied at two levels. For each run of the experiment design a sample from the butt welded joint were prepared in order to conduct the Impact test. Charpy Impact test was conducted at -60 °C. Based on the results, the optimum welding technology of high strength steel is proposed. Experimental work was conducted in laboratories at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb.
