Abstract (Croatian)
U prvome dijelu ovoga rada daje se uvod u problematiku višekriterijalnog odlučivanja u procesu odabira prostornog rasporeda proizvodnog sustava. Ovdje je opisana i objašnjenja problematika pri tome procesu, te je dan uvid u metode izrade prostornog rasporeda, kao i načela prema kojima se one rade. U drugom dijelu se temeljem pretraživanja relevantnih izvora provela analiza i sistematizacija mogućih kriterija odlučivanja. U analizi su svi kriteriji detaljno objašnjeni, dok se u sistematizaciji pristupilo grupiranju kriterija u veće cjeline. U trećem dijelu rada definirane su metode višekriterijalnog odlučivanja, te su one najvažnije i opisane. Pristupilo se detaljnom opisu analitičkog hijerarhijskog procesa (AHP), gdje je prikazana matematička osnova navedene metode i njezine prednosti i nedostaci. U posljednjem dijelu rada je na konkretnom primjeru oblikovanja prostornog rasporeda proizvodnog pogona ilustriran problem odabira najpogodnije varijante, te je za odabranu metodu višekriterijalnog odlučivanja prikazan cijeli proces određivanja kriterija, njihove važnosti te ocjenjivanja varijanti.
Abstract
The first part of this paper provides an introduction to the issues related to multi-criteria decision making in selection of plant layout. It describes and explains the issues related to this analysis, provides an overview of methods of preparation of layout design, as well as the underlying principles this process follows. The second part includes the analysis and systematisation of potential decision making criteria based on research of relevant sources. The analysis explains in detail all criteria, while the approach to systematisation entails grouping of criteria in larger sections. The third part defines methods of multi-criteria decision making, and describes the most relevant ones. A detailed overview of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is provided, which includes the mathematical basis of the relevant methods, along with its advantages and disadvantages. The last part of the paper provides an illustrative example of issue related to selection of the most appropriate method, through an example of creation of the layout design. It provides a criteria selection process overview, clarifies the significance of each criterium and the assessment of variances, though the selected method of multi-criteria decision making.
