Abstract (Croatian)

Abstract

Considering the fact that buildings sector has 41% in energy consumption and greenhouse gases emissions, what is more than tranport which has 31% and industry with 28%, one can conclude that HVAC devices and systems are playing the key role in reduction of energy consumption and lowering the negative influences on the envirnoment. In order to achieve the energy and cilmate goals European Union issued the following directives: Directive 2009/125/EC, Directive 2010/30/EU and Directive 2012/27/EU. Within this thesis, the requierements from the aforementioned directives are analysed. The analysis includes the review of the requirements from three directives where the requirements of each directive are given in the separate chapters for particular components while the application deadlines are outlined for each of the requirements. The increasement of efficiency level which the products must satisfy to be able to appear on the marked is obvious. On the other hand, the users have more informations about the products which makes the decision making easier. This study also considers laws which incorporates the analysed directives in the Croatian legislation. The analysed laws are: Energy Act, Energy Efficiency Law and Renewable Energy Sources and High Efficiency Cogeneration Act. Also, the Energy Strategy of the Republic of Croatia is analysed. The Energy Strategy of the Republic of Croatia is the fundamental act of energy politics and energy development.
