Abstract (Croatian)
Mobilno tržište raste iz dana u dan te samim time rastu zahtjevi za materijale dijelova mobilnog telefona. Dijelovi mobilnih telefona se proizvode iz različitih materijala, a najzastupljeniji su: aluminij, staklo, polikarbonati i nehrđajući čelici. Svaki materijal ima svoje prednosti i nedostatke, a najviše se uzimaju u obzir cijena i troškovi izrade . Zbog toga se mobilno tržište kristaliziralo kroz tri segmenta: viši segment, srednji segment i niži segment. Segmenti su posljedica platne moći kupaca, a samim time varira kvaliteta materijala korištenih kod izrade kao i kvaliteta izrade komponenata. U ovom radu će se istražiti i opisati koji se materijali najčešće koriste za izradu glavnih dijelova mobilnih telefona te usporediti prednosti i nedostaci primjene pojedinih materijala, a prvenstveno će se u središtu pozornosti naći kućište i okvir mobilnog telefona jer su izloženi različitim uvjetima mehaničkog opterećenja i ostalim utjecajima. Nakon toga će se provesti karakterizacija materijala nekih dijelova konkretnog mobilnog uređaja te na kraju analizirati dobiveni rezultati i identificirati materijali ispitivanih dijelova.
Abstract
Market of mobile phones advances every day. Within grows demand for segment materials of mobile phone. Parts for mobile phone are produced out of several materials of which most common are: aluminium, glass, polycarbonate and stainless steel. Every material has its advantages and disadvantages of which most important are price and costs of production. That leads to division of mobile market in three segments: high segment, medium segment and low segment. Segments are result of customers payment power with leads to diversity of material quality used in production, and quality of components production. In this master thesis will be searched and described most used materials for production of main parts of mobile phone, and will be compared advantages and disadvantages of using specific materials. In the first place will be mobile phone case and mobile phone frame for being exposed to various conditions of mechanical load and other influences. After that will be characterization of some parts material of given mobile phones, analysis of acquired results and identification of given parts materials.
