Abstract (Croatian)
Tema ovog završnog rada je; "MAG CBT zavarivanje visokolegiranih Cr-Ni čelika". Sastoji se od dva dijela: teoretskog i eksperimentalnog. U teoretskom dijelu obrađen je MAG postupak zavarivanja s detaljnijim objašnjenjem načina prijenosa metala u električnom luku. Analiziran je CBT (Controlled Bridge Transfer) način prijenosa metala, te je napravljena usporedba konvencionalnog impulsnog MAG zavarivanja s MAG CBT načinom. Također, objašnjena je uloga zaštitnog plina kod zavarivanja. Navedena su svojstva i specifičnosti visokolegiranih čelika, te njihova podjela. U eksperimentalnom dijelu opisani su oprema, osnovni materijal, dodatni materijal i plin koji je korišten. Osmišljen je plan pokusa kojim se mogu usporediti karakteristike električnog luka kod zavarivanja impulsnim načinom prijenosa metala s CBT načinom pri 2 različite brzine dodavanja žice, te su analizirani dobiveni rezultati.
Abstract
This bachelor thesis topic is: "MAG CBT welding of high-alloyed Cr-Ni steels". It consists of 2 parts: theoretical and experimental. Theoretical part contains description of MAG welding principles with emphasis on metal transfer modes through the electric arc. CBT (Controlled Bridge Transfer) metal transfer mode is analyzed and compared to conventional pulse MAG welding. Also, main function of the shielding gas is explained. Properties of the high-alloyed steels are mentioned and classification is presented. In the experimental part used equipment, base and filler material and shielding gas were described. The experiment was conceived to compare characteristics of the arc in pulse and CBT metal transfer mode. This was achieved by welding with 2 different wire feed speeds. And last, results are analyzed.
