Abstract (Croatian)
Tema rada je oblikovanje i konstrukcijska razrada sustava zamašnjaka i elektromotora za emuliranje inercije vozila i otpora vožnje. Taj sustav spojit će se na ispitni postav na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, koji služi za ispitivanje dinamike automobilskih suhih spojki te razvoj upravljanja transmisijama. U uvodnom dijelu dan je prikaz automobilskih transmisija. Nakon toga je provedena analiza mogućnosti ugradnje zamašnjaka na više pozicija u transmisiji te je odabrana najprikladnija. Potom je, razmatranjem više mogućih rješenja, generirano nekoliko koncepata zamašnjaka. Odabrana je optimalna varijanta te je izvršen proračun glavnih komponenti i izbor standardnih dijelova. Naposlijetku je izrađen sklopni crtež sustava te radionički crteži, prema dogovoru s mentorom rada.
Abstract
Subject of the final paper is design development of the flywheel and motor system for vehicle inertia and driving resistances emulation. This system will be connected to the test rig at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture at the University of Zareb, which is used for the characterization of the dry clutch dynamics and development of transmission control systems. Overwiev of the passenger car transmissions is given in the introduction. After that, the analysis of the flywheel multiple position installation is carried out, and the most appropriate position is selected. Afterwards, considering different possible solutions, several flywheel concepts are generated. The optimal variant is selected and the calculation of the main components and the selection of standard parts is carried out. Finally, assembly drawing of the system and manufacturing drawings, by appointment with mentor, are made.
