Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je proračunato i konstruirano postrojenje za pripremu napojne vode za parni kotao, radnog tlaka 2.0 MPa i učina 25 t/h sa povratom kondenzata od 10 do 15 m 3 /h, pri čemu je uzeto u obzir odsoljavanje kotla. Tehnološki postupak kojim se osigurava propisana kvaliteta napojne vode za zadani parni kotao u industrijskoj energani izabran je na temelju zahtjeva za kvalitetom vode, postotka odsoljavanja te ekonomske prihvatljivosti, a sastoji se od obrade vode primjenom ionskih izmjenjivača, otplinjavanja CO 2 , te termičkog otplinjavanja. U radu je prikazan proračun pojedinih dijelova postrojenja, koji uključenja: - proračun volumena svih potrebnih posuda; - proračun količina ionskih masa; - proračun potrošnje kemikalija. U prilogu su dani sljedeći crte\i: - shema postrojenja s posudama, armaturom i opremom za automatski rad; - tlocrt postrojenja (dispozicija opreme).

Abstract

The aim of this final thesis was to design a feedwater treatment plant for a boiler operating at 2.0 MPa, with a capacity of 25 t/h and a condensate return of 40–60% (10–15 m 3 /h), while taking into account the boiler blowdown. The technological process that ensures the required boiler feedwater quality for the steam boiler in an industrial power plant was selected based on requirements for the water quality, the percentage of blowdown and economic acceptability, and consists of water treatment using ion exchangers, reduction of dissolved carbon dioxide level using a forced draft degasifier and thermal degassing. The boiler feedwater treatment plant design calculations include: - The sizing of all vessels required; - The calculation of resin volumes required for ion exchange units; - The calculation of the consumption of chemicals. The following drawings are enclosed: - Piping and instrumentation diagram; - Disposition of equipment (positioning inside building, access for operation, maintenance and cleaning).
