Abstract (Croatian)
Tema ovog završnog rada je konstrukcijsko rješenje varijatora s parom tanjurastih i konusnih tarenica. Varijator je predviđen za prijenos snage od 2,2kW. Konstrukcijsko rješenje mora zadovoljiti uvjet ostvarivanja raspona prijenosnih omjera od imax=1,4 do imin=0,14. Odabir željenog prijenosnog omjera vrši se pomicanjem podsklopa s konusnim tarenicama u odnosu na tanjuraste tarenice. Pomicanje konusnih tarenica vrši se pomoću mehanizma trapeznog vretena i matice. Tijekom rada provedena je analiza i proračun konstrukcijskih elemenata koji sačinjavaju rješenje varijatora. U konačnici konstrukcijsko rješenje je predočeno tehničkom dokumentacijom.
Abstract
The subject of this paper is the design solution of CVT with paring of flat plates and conus wheels. Variator is estimated for power transition of 2,2Kw. Design solution must fulfill condition of achieving variety of gear ratios from imax=1,4 up to imin=0,14. Selection of desired gear ratio is performed by moving the subassembly with cuns wheels in relation to flat plates. Moving of conus wheels is performed by mechanism of trapeze threaded spindle and nut. The analysis and calculation of design elements of variator's design solution is given throughout this paper. In the end design solution is presented with technical drawings.
