Abstract (Croatian)

Cilj ovog završnog zadatka je dati kompletno konstrukcijsko rješenje varijatora s remenom. Ovakvim načinom prijenosa snage i momenta potrebno je osigurati kontinuiranu promjenu prijenosnog omjera u granicama od 0,33 do 3 što se ostvaruje istovremenim pomicanjem jednog dijela pogonske remenice te jednog dijela gonjene remenice ( pomični tanjuri remenica). Na početku su utvrđeni osnovni parametri ( snaga, momenti koji se prenose , osni razmak , promjeri remenica, duljina remena itd.). Zatim je provedeno dimenzioniranje i kontrolni proračuna dvaju vratila , te proračun ležajeva na kojima su ta vratila uležištena. Na posljetku dan je proračun mehanizma za promjenu prijenosnog omjera koji će funkcionirati na principu okretanja trapeznog vretena, te izbor elektromotora koji će davati tražene pogonske parametre. U zaključku se daje osvrt na cijeli zadatak. Unutar priloga se nalaze tehnička dokumentacija te konstrukcijsko rješenje prema zadanim parametrima.

Abstract

The goal of this final paper is to carry out and give the design solution of CVT variator with belt. By that way of power and torque transsmition it is necessary to provide continuous change of speed ratio limited from 0,33 up to 3 which is achieved by simultaneously moving one part of the drive pulley and the one part of the driven pulley (movable sliding plates of pulleys). Housing of entire device is planned to be cast version. At the beginning some basic parameters were consolidated (power, torques which has to be transmitted, axial distances, diameters oft he pulleys, belt lenght, etc.). Then, the sizing and control of two shafts were carried out , and bearings on which shafts will be mounted were estimated. In the end is the calculaction of the mechanism for varying the transmission ratio ,which will operate on the principle of rotating the trapezoidal spindle, and the selection of electromotor which will provide the required drive parameters. In the conclusion is written as an overview of the whole subject. The attachment contains the neccesary technical documentation and the design solution according to the given parameters.
