Abstract (Croatian)

Cilj ovog završnog rada je izraditi konstrukcijsko rješenje varijatora s dvije konusne i dvije tanjuraste tarenice. Takvim prijenosnikom potrebno je omogućiti kontinuiranu promjenu prijenosnog omjera od 0,7 do 1,4 uz zadane parametre. Nakon uvodnog dijela, proračun varijatora počinje dimenzioniranjem i provjerom čvrstoće tarenica, a nastavlja se proračunom vratila. U sklopu proračuna vratila dimenzionirano je svako pojedino vratilo prijenosnika (pogonsko vratilo, međuvratilo te gonjeno vratilo), odabrani su prikladni ležajevi te je kontrolirana sigurnost u kritičnim presjecima vratila. Zatim su proračunate opruge koje osiguravaju potrebnu silu za prijenos okretnog momenta tarnim prijenosom, a naposljetku je opisan mehanizam za promjenu prijenosnog omjera koji je izveden pomoću pužnog vijka i pužnog kola te je izabran elektromotor koji će davati tražene pogonske parametre. U prilogu se nalaze tehnička dokumentacija i konstrukcijsko rješenje ovog tipa varijatora.

Abstract

The goal of this final paper is to develop a design solution for variator with two plate fristion wheels and two conic friction wheels. Such transmitter should enable continous change of transmission ratio from 0,7 to 1,4 using given parameters. Calculation of the variator begins after the indroductory part with friction wheels dimensioning and strength check, and continues with the shaft calculation. Within the shaft calulation each shaft of the transmitter was dimensioned (drive shaft, intermediate shaft and driven shaft), suitable bearings were selected and control of critical sections of shafts was carried out. After that, the springs that provide necessary force needed for torque transmission were calculated and finally the mechanism for varying the transmission ratio which comprising of worm gear and worm wheel was described and electric motor which provides required operating parameters was selected. The attachment contains technical documentation and design solution of this type of variator.
