Abstract (Croatian)

Završni rad sastoji se od teorijskog djela i eksperimentalnog djela. U uvodu teorijskog dijela rada je analizirana je korozija i vrste korozije. Opisan je aluminij, njegova kemijska i fizikalna svojstva, metoda dobivanja aluminija, primjena i korozijska postojanost. U posebnom poglavlju opisane su metode zaštite aluminija i prikazani su primjeri zaštite od korozije. Opisane su praškaste prevlake na aluminiju u svrhu zaštite od korozije te elektrostatsko naprašivanje. Eksperimentalni dio sastoji se od mjerenja debljine prevlake, sjaja prevlake, otpornosti na udar i tvrdoće. Nakon mjerenja, ispitana je postojanost na koroziju uzoraka u slanoj atmosferi. Nakon ispitivanja u slanoj atmosferi provedeno je ispitivanje prionjivosti prevlake s dvije metode .

Abstract

This final work consist of two parts the theoretical part and the experimental part. In the introduction to the theoretical part of the task, corrosion and corrosion types are discussed. In the next part of the task aluminium is described, as a metal with all of his chemical and physical properties. A description of a method of production of aluminium, the description of corrosion resistance and application in various types of industries is given in the text. In a separate chapter we describe the methods used to protect aluminium and gives examples of corrosion protection. Powdered coating on aluminium and the electrostatic application are described in the last chapter of the theoretical part. The experimental part consists of measurements of coating thickness, gloss coating, impact resistance and hardness. The measured samples were tested in salt chamber. Following the tests in the salt chamberthere were made tests using two methods in order to determine the impact of salt atmosphere on corrosion resistance of powder coatings and adhesion of the coating on the aluminium samples.
