Abstract (Croatian)

Za potrebe umjeravanja plinskih tlačnih vaga i pretvornika tlaka u području malih i srednjih tlakova (0 do 200 bar) cilj završnog zadatka bio je projektirati laboratorijski ispitni stol kao dio etalonskog mjernog sustava. U svrhu izrade ovoga završnog zadatka obrađene su teorijske osnove principa rada tlačnih vaga u raznim režimima rada zajedno sa pregledom i opsiom postoječih etalonskih sklopova klip/cilindar u posjedu LPM laboratorija. Također su objašnjene glavne smjernice za postupke umjeravanja po europskim standardima. U projektom dijelu rada osmišljen je i dimenzioniran potpuno funkcionalan laboratorijski stol zajedno sa ostalom opremom za potrebe umjeravanja mjerila tlaka. Projektiranje stola baziralo se na postavljanju glavnih i induktivnih zahtjeva sa svrhom povečanja ukupne funkcionalnosti te mogučnost njezinog proširenja ovisno o zahtjevima LPM laboratorija.

Abstract

For the purposes of calibration gas pressure balance and pressure transducers in the field of small and medium pressure (0-200 bar) final goal of the task was to design a laboratory test bench as part of a standard measurement system. For the purpose of this final task handled the theoretical basis of the principles of operation of the pressure balance in the various modes together with an overview and a description of existing assemblies of standard piston / cylinder in possession LPM laboratory. There's also explained the main guidelines for the calibration procedures according to European standards. The project, part of the work is designed and dimensioned in a fully functional lab table together with other equipment for the purpose of calibration of pressure measurement. Design table was based on the setting of the main and inductive claims with the aim of increasing the overall functionality and the possibility of its expansion depending on the requirements of the LPM laboratory.
