Abstract (Croatian)
Zadatak ovog rada je provedba analize čvrstoće konstrukcije krila u karakterističnim točkama V-n dijagrama prema propisima agencije EASA. Analiza je izvršena u programu Abaqus. Prvo poglavlje opisuje princip konstruiranja zrakoplova prateći propis EASA CS-23 Amendment 4. Prikazan je i kratki pregled upotrebe kompozita u zrakoplovnim konstrukcijama. Drugo poglavlje opisuje CAD model krila upotrebljen u analizi. Treće poglavlje opisuje aerodinamičko opterećenje krila u programu XFLR5 i proračun koeficijenata tlaka u Matlabu. Četvrto poglavlje prikazuje konstrukciju V-n dijagrama sa i bez utjecaja vjetra. Princip konstruiranja kombiniranog V-n dijagrama je također opisan. Peto poglavlje opisuje pripremu numeričkog modela za analizu u programu Abaqus. Šesto poglavlje sadrži rezultate analize i zaključak. Na kraju su dani i prijedlozi za nastavak rada.
Abstract
The aim of this work is to conduct stress analysis of wing in characteristic points of V-n diagram following the regulations of EASA agency. Analysis has been conducted in Abaqus software. The first chapter describes principles of aircraft design following the rules of a EASA CS-23 Amendment 4. Short overview of composite material usage in aviation industry is also given. The second chapter describes CAD model of wing used in analysis. The third chapter describes aerodynamic load on wing in XFLR5 and calculation of pressure coefficient data in Matlab which will be used in Abaqus software. The forth chapter presents plot of V-n diagram with and without gust effect. Methodology how to plot combined V-n diagram is described. The fifth chapter describes preparation of numerical model for simulation in Abaqus software. The sixth chapter contains analysis results and conclusions. Finally, the suggestions for continuation of this work are given.
