Abstract (Croatian)
U teorijskom dijelu ovoga rada detaljno je opisano elektrootporno zavarivanje i prikazane su sve opcije izvođenja s naglaskom na točkasto elektrootporno zavarivanje. Analizirani su ključni parametri pri točkastom zavarivanju kao i njihov utjecaj na geometriju spoja. Obrazložene su zavarljivosti metalnih materijala elektrootpornim zavarivanjem s naglaskom na mješovite spojeve visokolegiranih i nelegiranih čelika. U eksperimentalnom su dijelu određeni optimalni parametri zavarivanja tankih nelegiranih i visokolegiranih čelika. Definiran je plan pokusa za određivanje struje zavarivanja, vremena zavarivanja i sile na elektrode. Na kraju su provedena razorna ispitivanja na temelju HRN EN ISO 15614-12.
Abstract
In the theoretical part of this paper the resistance welding is described with all of its variations, but focus is on resistance spot welding. The main parameters of spot welding as well as their impact on geometry of joint are analysed. Weldability of metallic materials is explained with focus on high-alloyed and non-alloyed steels. In the experimental part of this paper the optimal welding parameters are specified for welding of thin high-alloyed and non-alloyed steels. An experimental plan is defined to investigate the influence of the welding current, welding time and force on electrodes on the weld geometry and mechanical properties. Destructive tests are carried according to HRN EN ISO 15614-12.
