Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu projektirana je kaskadna dizalica topline, čija je svrha osiguravanje topline potrebne za grijanje u tehnološkom procesu proizvodnje piva. Dizalica kao izvor topline koristi otpadnu toplinu kondenzacije, koju preuzima sa kondenzacijskog dijela postojećeg rashladnog uređaja. S obzirom da se dizalica topline projektira za potrebe dobivanja toplinske energije koja se koristi u procesu proizvodnje piva, na samom početku rada opisan je tehnološki proces proizvodnje piva, te je dan osvrt na mogućnosti ušteda za slučaj primjene održivih tehnologija u samom proizvodnom procesu. Kaskadna dizalica topline je u biti rashladno – ogrijevni uređaj, koji diže toplinsku energiju s manje na veću energijsku razinu. Radi boljeg razumijevanja samog procesa, prije termodinamičkog proračuna komponenti dizalice topline, u radu je u kratkim crtama opisan princip rada rashladno – ogijevnog uređaja, odnosno termodinamički proces po kojem on radi. Pored otpadne topline koju je moguće preuzeti na rashladnom uređaju, postoje dodatna mjesta u pivovari gdje postoji potencijal za pirimjenu dizalice topline. Zbog te činjenice, u sklopu rada napravljena je i kratka analiza primjene kaskadne dizalice topline za proizvodnju toplinske energije u pivarskoj industriji. Na samom kraju, dana je shema spajanja i automatske regulacije, te dispozicijski crtež dizalice topline.

Abstract

This thesis provides design of cascade heat pump with purpose to insure heat for heating in technological process of beer production. As heat source, pump uses heat losses in condensation, that takes over from the condensing section of existing cooling device. Considering that heat pump is designing for the purpose of getting heat energy that is used in process of beer production, at the very beginning of this thesis, technological process of beer production is described, and it is provided an overview on posibility of saving for case of applying sustainable tecnhology in the process of production. Cascade heat pump is essentially cooling and heating device, that pumps heat energy from lower to higher energy level. For a better understanding of the main process, before thermodynamic calculation of heat pump components, in thesis is briefly described work principle of cooling and heating device, modeled on thermodynamic process. Except heat losses, that is possible to take over from cooling and heating device, additional places exist in brewery where we can find potential for applying heat pump. Because of this fact, as part of this thesis, the short analysis of applying cascade heat pump for producing heat energy in beer industry is made. The connection diagram, diagram of automatic control and disposition drawing of heat pump are made, at the very end of this thesis.
