Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom radu objašnjen je i ispitan utjecaj unosa topline na čvrstoću zavarenog spoja kod aluminijske legure 6061. U uvodnom dijelu rada navedene su osnovne karakteristike, mehanička svojstva i upotreba aluminija. Zatim slijedi klasifikacija i označavanje aluminijskih legura, te mogućnosti zavarivanja, upotreba zaštitnih plinova i dodatnog materijala za zavarivanje aluminija. Osim toga, navedeni su problemi zavarljivosti aluminija te su dodatno opisane karakteristike legura serije 6000 i odabir dodatnog materijala za tu seriju legura. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada opisan je plan provedbe zavarivanja, ispitivanja i analize rezultata. Prema unaprijed određenom planu pokusa definirana su 3 različita unosa topline koje su unošene zavarivanjem u ploče ispitnog materijala. Ploče za ispitivanje su od legure 6061, sučeljeno zavarene. Nakon zavarivanja izrađene su epruvete za statičko vlačno ispitivanje i epruvete za makro i mikro analizu. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata donesen je zaključak o utjecaju unosa topline na čvrstoću zavarenog spoja, te određen kritični unos topline u materijal kod kojeg dolazi do degradacije mehaničkih svojstava. Eksperimentalni rad proveden je u laboratorijima Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.
Abstract
This thesis deals with influence of heat input on strength of weld joint in aluminium alloy 6061. The introduction includes characteristics, mechanical properties and uses of aluminium followed by classification and identification of aluminium alloys. After introduction, welding of aluminium and common weldability problems are explained. In addition, aluminium alloys series 6000 mechanical properties and filler material are described. Experimental part of thesis specifies the complete welding procedure of the workpieces, conduction of the samples testing and the analysis of the obtained results. The experiment was conducted by varying 3 different heat inputs. The workpieces were made from aluminium alloy 6061. After the welding, workpieces were cut for tensile strength test and for the macro/micro analysis. Based on the results, the conclusion about the influence of the heat input on strength of weld joint was formed and also the recommendation for the critical heat input at which material properties start to degrade was stated. Experimental work was conducted in laboratories at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb.
