Abstract (Croatian)
Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je analizirati zaostala naprezanja i deformacije pri zavarivanju. U teorijskom dijelu opisani su mehanizmi nastajanja zaostalih naprezanja i deformacija tijekom zavarivanja, opisane su metode određivanja zaostalih naprezanja te utjecaj pripreme spoja, unosa topline i redoslijeda zavarivanja na pojavu deformacija i zaostalih naprezanja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu doneseni su rezultati deformacija na temelju zavarivanja dviju ploča čelika kvalitete S355 sa MAG postupkom. U eksperimentu su se kombinirale dvije različite V pripreme spoja i razine unosa topline. Cilj eksperimenta bila je usporedba dobivenih rezultata iz programske aplikacije Visual Weld i zavarivanja u Laboratoriju za zavarivanje na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje.
Abstract
The task of this diploma work is to analyze the residual stresses and strains in welding. The theoretical part describes the mechanisms of formation of residual stress and deformation during welding, describes the methods of determining the residual stress and the effect of the preparation circuit, heat input, and the order of the occurrence of welding deformation and residual stresses. In the experimental part adopted the results of deformation on the basis of welding two plates steel grade S355 the MAG procedure. In an experiment combining the different dimensions in the preparation and the level of heat generation. The goal of the experiment is to compare the results obtained from the software Visual Weld and weld in a laboratory at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture.
