Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom diplomskom radu je opisano rješenje višeagentnog automatskog sustava za sklapanje i rasklapanje sklopa termoregulatora. Potreba za rekonstrukcijom sustava za robotsko sklapanje termoregulatora javila se ponajprije zbog vraćanja u pogon starog sustava za sklapanje termoregulatora koji se nalazi u Laboratoriju za projektiranje izradbenih i montažnih sustava, ali i skorog preseljenja opreme iz postojećeg laboratorija u novi laboratorij CRTA (Regionalni centar izvrsnosti za robotske tehnologije). Tako će se rekonstrukcija iskoristiti kao osnova za novi laboratorij. Prema tome opisan je novi plan sklapanja i rasklapanja termoregulatora, analizirane su potrebne operacije i raspoloživa robotska i transportna tehnika. Potom je razrađen novi plan prostornog rasporeda sustava, uzevši u obzir postojeću opremu te je predložena dodatna oprema potrebna za realizaciju zadatka. Poslije stvaranja prostornog rasporeda projektirani su novi elementi, alati i sredstva za transport i spremanje predmeta rada u programskom paketu „Catia V5“. Nakon toga započeta je fizička rekonstrukcija sustava za robotsko sklapanje termoregulatora u Laboratoriju za projektiranje izradbenih i montažnih sustava, u kojoj su provjerena i provedena projektirana rješenja.
Abstract
This thesis describes a solution of multi agent automatic system for assembling and disassembling of thermoregulator assembly. The need for reconstruction of the system for robotic assembly of the thermoregulator occurred primarily because of reconnection old system for assembling the thermoregulator, which is located in the Laboratory for designing manufacturing and assembly systems, as well as the forthcoming relocation of equipment from the existing laboratory in the new laboratory CRTA (Regional Center of Excellence for Robotics Technology). Therefore reconstruction will be used as the basis for a new laboratory. Thus described the new plan for assembling and disassembling the thermoregulator, analyzed the necessary operation, and available robotic and conveyor systems. Then, a new plan of spatial distribution system was worked, while taking in the consideration the existing equipment and is suggested the additional equipment needed for the implementation of the task. After creating spatial distribution, new elements, tool and means of transport and storage items of work are designed in the software package „Catia V5“. Then began physical reconstruction of the system for robotic assembly thermoregulator in the Laboratory for designing manufacturing and assembly systems in which are tested and implemented engineered solutions.
