Abstract (Croatian)
Nosač mobilne pumpe u vatrogasnom vozilu namijenjen je za smanjenje visine istovara mobilne pumpe. Mobilna pumpa se zbog boljeg i efikasnijeg smještaja vatrogasne opreme koja se češće upotrebljava u intervencijama stavlja na više mjesto unutar vatrogasnog vozila. Tu dolazi do problema istovara robusne i teške vatrogasne pumpe. U ovom radu prikazana je rekonstrukcija postojećeg nosača. Otklonjene su nepravilnosti u radu i promijenjen je sam koncept nosača. Analizirani su mogući mehanizmi dizanja odnosno spuštanja nosača i mogući oblici energije koji se mogu upotrijebiti prema zahtjevima koji se postavljaju na sam nosač. U obzir su uzete i norme koje konstrukcija nosača mora zadovoljavati. Posebna pažnja posvetit će se na horizontalne i vertikalne vodilice kao najopterećenije dijelove sustava. Pomoću funkcijske dekompozicije prikazane su funkcije koje nosač mora ostvariti, a u morfološkoj matrici ponuđena su rješenja pojedinih funkcija. Na temelju ponuđenih rješenja sklapaju se koncepti koji su pojedinačno opisani i shematski prikazani. Vrednovanjem koncepata odlučujemo se za koncept s kojim se kreće u detaljnu razradu. Za odabrani koncept obrađen je i dio koji se odnosi na automatsko izvlačenje odnosno uvlačenje nosača i koji stoji kao dodatna oprema osnovnom modelu kod kojeg se izvlačenje vrši ručno. U slijedećem dijelu rada su odabrani sklopovi za dizanje i izvlačenje nosača, napravljeni su proračuni najopterećenijih i za sigurnost najvažnijih dijelova. Tako su redom izračunate sile reakcija na vodilice i pomoću njih je napravljena FEM analiza vodilica i napravljena provjera dopuštenih naprezanja. Provjera se vršila još i na vijčane spojeve sklopa za dizanje i zavarene spojeve koloture i prihvata s pomičnim dijelom. U prilogu su dani sklopni crteži gotove konstrukcije nosača mobilne pumpe.
Abstract
The mobile pump frame in fire fighting vehicle is used for reducing the height of unloading the pump. Mobile pump is, because of better and more efficient space management of firefighting equipment in the vehicle, put in the higher place inside the vehicle. So this raises the problem of unloading this heavy and robust mobile pump. This paper shows the reconstruction of the existing frames. The irregularities in the work were removed and the concept of the frame is changed. Possible mechanisms for raising or lowering the frame and forms of energy that can be used for that job were analyzed according to the requirements that are placed on the frame itself. The standards that support structures must comply with were also taken in the account. Special attention was made to the horizontal and vertical guides as they carry the most of the load in this system. The functions that frame must achieve were shown using functional decomposition and the morphological matrix shows the solution of certain functions. On the basis of this solutions the concepts that are individually described and schematically were shown. Evaluating the concepts we decided to use the concept with which move in the detailed elaboration. For the selected concept the process and the part that refers to the automatic extraction or retraction and which is standing as an accessory to the basic model were this is done by the hand is also shown. In the next part certain circuits for lifting and pulling the frame were selected and calculations were performed for the safety of the busiest and most important parts. The forces that occur on horizontal and vertical guide were calculated and used for FEM analysis to check the allowed tension on those parts. The check was also carried out for the assembly of lifting and weld pulleys and handhold with the moving parts. Attached are the final drawing versions of the mobile pump construction.
