Abstract (Croatian)
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je utvrditi utjecaj aktivacijskog premaza i zaštitnog plina na mehanička i korozijska svojstva te kemijski sastav duplex nehrđajućeg čelika. Za zavarivanje je odabran TIG postupak zavarivanja bez dodatnog materijala. U teorijskom dijelu rada su analizirani austenitno-feritni (duplex) nehrđajući čelici. Opisan je TIG postupak zavarivanja i razjašnjeni su problemi koji se javljaju prilikom TIG zavarivanja duplex čelika. Objašnjen je A-TIG postupak te je istražena mogućnost zavarivanja duplex čelika pomoću A-TIG postupka kako bi se povećala produktivnost i ekonomičnost zavarenih konstrukcija načinjenih od duplex čelika. U prvom dijelu eksperimentalnog istraživanja određen je sastav aktivacijskog premaza te izvedeno navarivanje mehaniziranim A-TIG postupkom. Utvrdio se utjecaj različitog unosa topline i vrste zaštitnog plina na mehanička i korozijska svojstva duplex čelika. U drugom dijelu istraživanja je provedeno zavarivanje dvaju uzorka s parametrima određenim na temelju prethodnih rezultata ispitivanja navarenih uzoraka. Na zavarenim uzorcima su provedena ispitivanja te se na osnovu rezultata ispitivanja zaključilo o mogućnosti primjene A-TIG postupka zavarivanja za duplex čelike.
Abstract
The aim of this master's thesis was to determine the influence of activation flux and shielding gas on mechanical properties, corrosion properties and the chemical composition of duplex stainless steel. TIG without filler material was selected for welding process. In the theoretical part, duplex stainless steels were analyzed. TIG welding process was described and the problems with the TIG welding of duplex steel were clarified. A-TIG process was explained and the possibility of welding duplex steel using A-TIG process to maximize productivity and the cost-effectiveness of welded structures made of duplex steel was investigated. In the first part of experimental research the composition of activating flux was determined and mechanized A-TIG Bead-on-Plate welding was performed. The impact of different heat input values and types of shielding gases on the mechanical and corrosion properties of duplex steel was determined. In the second part of the research the welding of two samples was carried out with process parameters based on previous test results of Bead-on-Plate welded samples. From the results of tests that were performed on welded samples, the possibility of applying A-TIG welding process for duplex steel was determined.
