Abstract (Croatian)

U ovome diplomskom radu u prvom dijelu opisan je princip rada postupka ekstrudiranja polimera. Detaljnije je opisan sam ekstruder, a navedeni su elementi linije za ekstrudiranje. Osim klasičnog postupka ekstrudiranja, opisan je i aditivni postupak taložnog očvršćivanja te su navedene primjene i prednosti jednog i drugog postupka. U drugom dijelu razmotrena je mogućnost integriranja postupka ekstrudiranja u aditivni postupak taložnog očvršćivanja. Navedene su moguće izvedbe uređaja za 3D tiskanje kojemu je gradivni materijal granulat. Opisana je problematika koja prati razvoj takvog uređaja te koje su smjernice za daljnji razvoj. Model ekstrudera na postolju predstavlja eksperimentalni postav za testiranje ekstrudera, a izrađen je CAD modeliranjem u programskom paketu SolidWorks 2014. Konstrukcija ima mogućnost ugradnje na troosni CNC upravljani stroj.

Abstract

In this thesis the first part describes the working principle of the polymer extrusion. Extruder is described with details and extrusion line elements are listed. In addition to classical extrusion technology, fused deposition modeling is described. Application and advantages of both manufacturing technologies are listed. The second part discussed the possibility of integrating extrusion technology in additive process of fused deposition modeling - FDM. Possible versions of the device for 3D printing with pellets are explained. The paper describes the problems that accompanies the development of such a device and gives the guidelines for further development. 3D CAD model of extruder on the stand is an experimental setup for testing extruders, made in CAD modeling software package SolidWorks 2014. The design has an option of installing on the three-axis CNC machine.
