Abstract (Croatian)
Diplomski rad je podijeljen u dva dijela – teorijski i ekperimentalni. U teorijskom dijelu rada kratko su opisane aditivne tehnologije, opisane su glavne aditivne tehnologije za izradu dijelova od metala. Glavne aditivne tehnologije za izradu dijelova od metala su podijeljene ovisno o tipu dobavljanja materijala – ţica ili prah. Detaljnije je prikazan Wire+Arc Additive Manufacturing(WAAM) postupak koji sve više dobiva na vaţnosti u industrijskoj proizvodnji dijelova od skupljih materijala kao što je titan ili zbog brzine izrade prototipa. Detaljnije je opisan WAAM postupak za aluminij i dani su osnovni podaci o aluminiju i njegovim legurama. Opisan je postupak i parametri za izradu dijelova od titana, preciznije od najčešće titanove legure Ti-6Al-4V. Opisana je kalkulacija cijene za obradu odvajanjem čestica i WAAM i koje uštede je moguće postići upotrebom WAAM postupka. Prikazane su komponente za koje se koristi WAAM postupak kao što je krilo aviona, kućište rakete i druge. U eksperimentalnom dijelu je opisana procedura nanošenja sloja na sloj WAAM postupkom odnosno MIG zavarivanje sloja na sloj pomoću ţice i električnog luka. Prikazan je tijek eksperimenta i korišteni parametri. Eksperimentom su zavarena 3 uzorka sa različitom frekvnecijom impulsa - 6 Hz, 9 Hz i 12 Hz. Na uzorcima je nakon zavarivanja izvršena mikroanaliza i makroanaliza. U posljednjem dijelu ovog diplomskog rada doneseni su zaključci na osnovi provedenih ispitivanja.
Abstract
This thesis is made from theoretical and experimental part. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly describes additive technology, it describes the main processes for the production of additive manufactured metal parts. Main additive technologies are divided dependening on the supply of materials – wire or powder. Wire+Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) process is descibed in details because it is the process which is increasingly gaining in importance in the industrial production of parts of more expensive materials such as titanium or rapid prototyping. WAAM process for aluminium and its alloys is shown in details. Parameters and concerns for titanium and its alloy Ti-6Al-4V are shown. The thesis describes the calculation for metal removal and WAAM and which savings is possible to obtained by using WAAM procedure. Various metal components made by WAAM process are shown, like plane wing, missle housing and other. The experimental part describes the procedure for application of multilayer WAAM process. The course and used parameters in the experiment are shown. 3 samples with different parameters are made in experiment. Every sample has different wave frequency – 6,9,12 Hz. After welding the samples were used in microanalysis and macroanalysis. In the last par of this thesis an analysis is given.
