Ispitivanje kapaciteta i ostalih radnih karakteristika rashladnih uređaja i dizalica topline većinom provode ovlašteni laboratoriji, no ispitivanje rashladnih uređaja također može provoditi i sam proizvođač na vlastitim ispitnim stanicama. U ovim mjernim stanicama provodi se završno ispitivanje uređaja u nazočnosti kupca, koji na temelju rezultata tog ispitivanja prihvaća proizvod. Ovom metodom ispitivanja proizvod dobiva naljepnicu FAT (engl. „Factory Acceptance Test“) kao dokaz o uspješno provedenom testu. Upravo primjeri takvih ispitnih stanica glavna su tema ovog Diplomskog rada. U radu su prema normi HRN EN 14511:2013 dimenzionirane dvije izvedbe mjernih stanica za ispitivanje radnih karakteristika rashladnika kapljevine sa zrakom hlađenim kondenzatorom i vodom hlađenim kondenzatorom kapaciteta od 50 do 500 kW. Dimenzioniranje uključuje sustav regulacije temperaturnog režima vode koja se hladi tijekom ispitivanja (isparivačka strana), vode koja se grije tijekom ispitivanja (kondenzatorska strana kod vodom hlađenih rashladnika kapljevine) i okolišnjeg zraka (kondenzatorska strana kod zrakom hlađenih rashladnika kapljevine). Također, u sklopu ovog rada nacrtana je shema spajanja i regulacije te dispozicijski crtež ispitne stanice koji se nalaze u prilogu.

Abstract

Performance (e.g. cooling capacity, etc.) of chillers and heat pumps is most commonly tested in accredited laboratories, but the testing may also be conducted by the manufacturer in its own testing facility. Manufacturer's testing stations are used for final assessing of the product's performance in the presence of the buyer who, based on the assessment outcomes, decides whether to buy or refuse the product. After the in-factory testing, the product receives the "FAT" ("Factory Acceptance Test") label as a proof that it has successfully met the testing expectations. Two different types of mentioned in-factory testing laboratory will be the subject of this Master Thesis. Testing stations are designed for assessing the working characteristics of chillers using air or water cooled condensers with capacities of 50-500 kW. Testing facilities for chillers are designed according to the HRN EN 14511:2013 norm. Cold water (evaporator side) and hot water/air (condenser side) regime regulation systems are included in the design. Additionally, regulation and piping scheme as well as disposition drawing are inserted in the appendix.
